STUDENT REGISTRATION
- Individual prospective student must complete and send the college application form to the college administrator through the website and prior to admission. Successful applicant will be notified with e-mail confirming a Conditional offer to the college and a request to pay N 5000 registration fee (non-refundable) before attending a brief interview.
- On the date of the interview the application must come with the following documents:
- Photocopies of previous educational qualification.
- Passport or birth certificate as a proof of age.
- Four passport-size photographs.
- Letter of support from sponsor.
- Successful applicant will be required to make a tuition fee payment to the bank and send a copy of payment slip to the college.
- If the college is satisfied with the payment, we will send a certificate of admission within 8days of confirming the payment.
- Successful student will attend induction and complete all other necessary formalities prior to the commencement of the courseDuring the induction the students will have the opportunity to meet members of the UK Higher Institution team and also ask any question about student life in the UK. The college will also provide guidance for registration with UK qualification awarding body.
- Course time table and syllabus will also be collected on the induction day.
NON ATTENDANCE
- Failure to comply with the attendance requirement will result in a disciplinary action against the student
- A successful student who has been granted admission to the college but failed to report to classes without any genuine reason within 2months will be sent a reminder letter highlighting the attendance requirements and requesting the student to report to the college within 14 days.
- Failure to respond to the above letter (2b) will result in deleting the student name from the college record.
CANCELLATIONS
- If the college decides to cancel a course for any reason, an alternative course will be offered to the student with individual consent, or a full refund tuition fee.
- If student decide to cancel, a written notice must be received at the college 5days prior to the commencement of the course and 30% administrative cost will be charge before refund to the student.
- If student change a course of study, no refund will be given if the new course is less than original course unless before the start of the course and (4b) above will apply.
- Tuition fee cannot be transferred to another student in any circumstances.
OTHER POLICIES
- The college reserve the right to change the course timetable.
- The college reserve the right to provide student attendance records to relevant authorities (if required).
- The college reserve the right to refuse admission to any student in a fair manner.
- The college reserve the right to discipline any student who failed to comply with the college policies, procedure and code of conduct.
- Student must pay personally for his/her accommodation, stationery, meals, books, transportation, registration and assessment with awarding body and other expenses.
- Terms and conditions of Internet usage and photocopy equipments are available on request from the college administration.
